Refund Policy - the basics

No Measurable Improvement

The client must demonstrate that there has been no noticeable or measurable improvement in their dating life, mindset, communication, or confidence since the start of the coaching engagement.

Completion & Documentation of Program Participation
The client must provide documented evidence that:-
They have attended all scheduled coaching sessions.

They have completed and applied the tools, exercises, and steps provided by J-Dubb Lifestyle & Dating.

They have actively participated and implemented the strategies recommended.

Refund Request Timeline
A written refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the final coaching session. Requests beyond this period will not be considered. -
Cancellation Policy Compliance
Any session canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be counted as a completed session and will void any eligibility for a refund, regardless of program participation. You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The client fails to complete assignments, exercises, or apply the tools provided.

The client misses coaching sessions or frequently cancels/reschedules without proper notice.

The client demonstrates partial improvement but claims no progress.

The client fails to request a refund within the specified window after program completion.

Digital products, courses, or group programs (unless otherwise stated).
